1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Scan2Move ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Scan2Move provides a QR-code based vehicle identity and contact system. Vehicle owners register their details and receive a unique QR sticker. Anyone who scans the sticker can send the owner a message through the Scan2Move platform without directly seeing your phone number in the scanner's own contacts.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, mobile number, vehicle registration number, and delivery address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Sticker packs are offered at the prices displayed at the time of registration. Payment is currently collected via JazzCash or bank transfer. After payment, you must submit your Transaction ID / Reference Number and the sender's mobile number through your dashboard. Your account and order will be manually verified against our payment records before approval. Providing false or fabricated payment details may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Delivery
Once your payment is verified, your sticker(s) will be printed and shipped to the delivery address you provided. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Scan2Move is not responsible for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before payment verification by contacting our support. Once a sticker has been printed and dispatched, orders are non-refundable, except in cases of defective printing or an error caused by Scan2Move.
7. Public Contact Information
When someone scans your Scan2Move QR sticker, your full name, mobile number, and vehicle registration number are displayed to that person so they can contact you. By registering, you consent to this information being displayed to anyone who scans your sticker.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to register a vehicle that is not lawfully yours to represent, submit false payment information, or use the notification system to harass, spam, or abuse vehicle owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Scan2Move is a contact facilitation service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users, nor for any dispute, damage, or loss arising from interactions between a scanner and a vehicle owner.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
