When you register for Scan2Move, we collect: your full name, email address, mobile number, vehicle registration number, delivery address, your selected sticker pack, and payment verification details (Transaction ID and sender mobile number).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to create and manage your account, generate your unique QR sticker, verify your payment, print and deliver your physical sticker, and notify you about your order status via WhatsApp or email.
3. Public Display of Information
This is an important part of how Scan2Move works: when someone scans your QR sticker, your full name, mobile number, and vehicle registration number are shown to that person so they can contact you about your vehicle. This information is not shown to the general public otherwise — only to someone who physically scans your specific sticker.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) and our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers have their own security and data-handling standards that we rely on to protect your information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share information as necessary with our service providers (Firebase, Vercel) to operate the platform, or with a scanner of your specific QR sticker as described above.
6. Data Security
We use Firestore security rules so that only you (or authorized admin staff) can access or edit your private account information. Payment verification details are only used internally to confirm your order.
7. Your Rights
You can view and update your profile information (name, mobile, vehicle number) anytime from your dashboard. To request account deletion or full data removal, contact us at hello.scan2move@gmail.com.
8. Children's Privacy
Scan2Move is intended for use by individuals who are legally permitted to own or operate a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
