Delete your Scan2Move account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Scan2Move account and data (Scan2Move app and scan2movepk.com).

How to request deletion

Email hello.scan2move@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my Scan2Move account”.

Include your registered email and (optional) your vehicle number so we can find your account.

We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, phone if provided)
- Vehicles and sticker links
- Scan alerts and history
- Push notification tokens
What we may keep
Order and payment records (sticker orders, payment verification slips) for up to 90 days (or as long as required by law) for accounting and fraud prevention, then deleted.
